You could:

1) Take a walk once a day.

2) Take the stairs instead of the elevator.

3) Spend less time in front of the television or computer.

4) Play actively with your kids.

5) Walk, wheel or cycle for short trips.

6) Find out about walking and cycling paths nearby and use them.
